Refund Policy

This policy covers listing and promotion fees paid on whowins.lol. Adding a product and voting are free, so there is nothing to refund there.

When we refund in full

• Before the page is published. A paid matchup waits 12 hours before it goes live. Ask any time in that window and we refund in full, no reason needed.
• If we do not deliver. If the matchup page, the listing placement or the share image fails to appear because of a fault on our side, we refund in full.
• If we cancel. If we cancel a matchup for moderation reasons that are not your fault, we refund in full.
• Duplicate or accidental charge. Refunded in full.

When we do not refund

Once the page is published the deliverables have been provided: the page exists, your product is listed on it, the share image is generated and traffic starts flowing to your site. That is what the fee pays for.

• The vote going against you is not a reason for a refund; the outcome is not part of what you bought.
• Fewer votes or less traffic than you hoped for is not a reason for a refund.
• Changing your mind after the page is live is not a reason for a refund, but see below.

Goodwill

If something feels wrong to you and it is not covered above, write to us anyway. We would rather resolve it than have you file a chargeback, and we have refunded outside this policy before.

How to ask

Email support@whowins.lol from the address you used at checkout, with the matchup address or the transaction reference. We reply within two business days.

How the money comes back

Payments are processed by a merchant of record, which appears as the seller on your statement and handles tax. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.
