There is a person behind this. Write to info@whowins.lol and you will get an answer within two business days. If it is urgent, the phone number below reaches the same people during working hours in Türkiye.

Write about anything on this list

• a payment, an invoice, or a charge you do not recognise;
• a seat you paid for that did not move;
• a listing you want changed or taken down;
• a link that points somewhere it should not;
• data and privacy requests, or a question about the terms;
• a complaint, including one you want answered in writing.

Where it goes

info@whowins.lol reaches support and the company that operates the site, read by the same people either way.

Writing from the address you paid with makes a payment question much quicker to answer.

About a payment

Your invoice comes from the merchant of record that appears on your statement, not from us. Include the transaction reference from that invoice and we can find the seat it paid for straight away. What is and is not returned is set out in the refund policy.
