What the fee does not buy
- It does not buy the position. Only the public vote decides that.
- It does not buy a guaranteed number of votes, visitors or customers.
- It is not a wager and there is nothing random about the result.
Payment and refunds
Payments are processed by a merchant of record, which appears as the seller on your statement and handles tax. You have 12 hours after paying, before the page is published, to change your mind and get a full refund. The full terms are on the refund policy page.
